Wierd lump on "valley"?

I know this is gross, but any and all help would be greatly appreciated since I really don't want to have to go to a doctor. About a year ago, while my boyfriend and I were having sex, he accidentally slipped out and rammed into my "valley" really hard- very, very painful. Ever since then, I have had a small lump in that area that gets irritated and swollen every time I defacate. Lately, it has become increasingly painful, to the point where I can't even sit down. Like I said, I know this is gross, but I would love to get some advice.

i feel your pain my boyfriend did it to me as well i fell on the floor because it was so painfull my co-worker was laughing at me becuase i couldnt hardky walk so i told him what happened and he said that he might have busted something open. but i was only sore for like maybe two- three dyas and everything was all healed and fine. maybe you should see a doctor to get a consultation there is no shame in what your boyfrined did. but you might need medical treatment. i dont get swollen or irritation.  a year is along time to have swelling and pain in your anus. girl please go to the doctor and let him check it out.
