Worried About After Effects

I had an abortion about three months ago everything went fine and i started my period at the right time and got no infections. But recently iv been having painful sex with my husband when we started having sex i hardly had pain at all and now after sex there is some bleeding and pain, that i cant even move properly. I also have a dull ache on my left side every now and then and am very bloated. I do have a history of a spastic colon, but i still cant help but be concerned about my ovaries or my uterus, knowing about the abortion and all. Im worried that there is something terribly wrong because of the abortion, that maybe forcing my cervix open could have caused all of this. I've been to the doctor and she gave me anti biotics and i still have these symptoms. Im just really stressed about it because the internet gives you so many different ideas in your head and i'd really like to get to the bottom of it  So if anyone can help me i would appreciate it. Izzy.

Maybe check out the symptoms of adenomyosis. I happens to your uterus after having a baby and they say having an abotions does the same basic things to you. I'm not sure obviously, but maybe you could compare your symptoms, or even check out endometriosis. Good luck!
