Worried about pain

Hi ladies,
Ok, I have this sharp pain that feels kinda like electrical shocks on my lower left side. And in the vaginal area I ache, and mild cramps all over my belly. My bleeding is just spotting now but the pain is getting bad again, especialy on the left side. A month or so ago, before I had gotten pregnant I felt that same pain on the left side but it lasted about an hour and came, lasted a few min, left for a few min then started over again. And it wasn't that bad. Then a few days after that I got my anual pap and I had that same pain on the left side when my Dr. was messing around in there. This all was before I was pregnant. So I don't think this is related to the m/c. It could be, I just doubt it. right now the pain is also down into my thighs and lower back. A few days ago when I went in because of the m/c he did an ultrasound and found a cyst on my overy. He said it was a 2cm. and shouldn't cause me any problems. I don't remember which side he said that it was on. Does anybody have any idea's what this pain could be from? It's getting bad.
Could this be from the m/c or possibly another problem? My Dr. said that if the m/c pain was still really bad on Sun. for me to give him a call and he will come in and do a D&C.  Should I call him or wait and make an appointment with him for another date? I feel bad because he isn't on call today.
He wanted to do a D&C at some point because of my bad periods from the endom. Would a D&C help this pain at all?
Just confused about whats going on with me.

hi nalla, how far r u in your pregnancy?
I am 6 weeks pregnant at the moment and had similar problem b4. I had miscarage about 1.5 ago and since then i start having pain in my lower abdomen mostly on my left side and the pain would shoot in my thigh, lower back or left lg sometimes or even travel to the right side. At that time i didnt plan to get pregnant and made an appointment by my doctor to have a laparoscopy done where they insert a smal camera in your belly and see whats going on inside wheather its cyst or endo and then fix it or something. Anyway when i found out that i was pregnant i had to cancel my operation. I still was experience some pain and sometimes it would get very strong and uncomfortable that i would really freack out:(
Once i woke up with a lot of pain in my tummy and went to the ER, they did all the tests and stuff and also an unltrasound which had shown that i had a cyst on my ovary which raptured and cased a lot of pain, so doctor said just wait and watch it every 2 weeks.
I dnt have that much pain anymore sinse since pregnancy getting further and my doctor told me that cyst actually stop grow once u pregnant as u dnt ovulate.
I'd say wait and see b4 u go to your doctor unless your pain is really bad and you start bleeding. You cyst might get raptured or just dissapear on its own and you can carry on with your pregnancy.

I had a corpus luteum cyst on my right ovary, and it is gone now that the pregnancy has m/c (confirmed via u/s), but I still have sharp pains in the right side.  I don't know what it is, sometimes our bodies get quirks though....I have seen my dr. about 9 times in the past 7 weeks, so I don't believe that I'm experiencing a serious health condidtion.

I had the same thing when I had an atopic pregnancy and It ruptured. So I would Go to the doc ASAP. I also had ovarian cysts That had to be removed.
