Yeast Infection or Something Else?

Hi, im 17 years old and i just recently became sexually active this past summer w/ my boyfriend of 2 years. Recently I've been experiencing some strange symptoms in my vagina area that are similar to a yeast infection but i am very unsure. I've been diagnosed with a yeast infection before but the one before wasnt as irritating as this case. In this case im experiencing burning and itchiness in my entire vaginal area (especially the outer lips closer to the anus) and just today i have also been experiencing burning when i urinate. I recently found bumps on the inner part of my vagina and the lips appear swollen as well with larger bumps that are almost hard to see because the lips are slightly swollen (near the anus like more towards the back). also i am experiencing a cottage cheese  looking white discharge along with all the other symptoms. I've thought about telling my mother but she doesnt know that im sexually active. the symptoms appear to worsen as time goes on and i really want to get this checked out but i cannot tell my mother about me being sexually active. Please ANY HELP as to what this sounds like and how i can help cure myself???????
