Yeast Infection or other?

I basically know what a yeast infection consists of.  You have the itching, the cottage cheese looking discharge, and pain.  I usually have them every month before my menstrual.  Yet, this time, I believe it's something else.
I had the burning, itching, and pain.  Now I have the smell of fish and a clear, runny discharge.  I used an otc yeast infection medicine, and I can say the itching has simmered down tremendously, but the smell is horrific still.  Also, at the end of the day, I have an excess build-up of brown, smelly discharge in the folds up around my clitoris.
HELP ME!  IS THIS A STD?

You should see a DOC... sounds like a STD or bacterial infection.

Sounds more like bv, bacterial vaginosis.  You need to see a doc to be sure. Don't try to keep self treating. You could make things worse.
