Yeast Infection?

Trying to figure out what's wrong with me.

I had had sex with my BF, showered got dressed then we did again. We were late for an appt after the second time so I used baby wipes to clean and changed to a fresh panty liner. I did feel moist there still but thought I'd be ok. As soon as I used the baby wipes, my rectal/anal area started to itch. I had shaved there the day before and figured I'd irritated the area. My vaginal area itched a little, too, but not that much. There was nothing on my panty liner.
It continued to itch for a week but when I looked down there (with a mirror) all was pink and healthy-looking except I noticed a white kind of discharge. No odor and the discharge wasn't that much. I used a hemorrhoidal cooling gel to stop the itch but that kept it moist there.
Then a few days ago it began to itch worse and I know I shouldn't have rubbed the area but I did and now it's irritated in a couple of places with some bumps where I rubbed it. The discharge looks more prevalent in my vaginal area but not much on my panty liner even though I've reached ovulation phase of my cycle so I'm wondering do I have a yeast infection combined with having irritated my rectal/anal area with the baby wipes on a shaved area? I've also been having some mild cramping in my uterus/bladder area like I've had before with a UTI but it doesn't hurt at all to pee.

I don't wear cotton underwear a lot except at night and I do work out a lot and work in a gym so I'm constantly sweating but I've not had this before. I do have sensitive skin and can't use bubble bath because I break out down there so I use a sensitive skin soap and purex free detergent but my BF does not.

Also, I woke up the other night sweating and the sweat was going down there and made it itch terribly. I slept naked because I wanted the area to breathe but that didn't help. I was at my BF's house and made him wash his sheets the next day because I was afraid that was contributing.

Currently, I'm using Ammens powder in the spots where it itches and that helps but the irritation is still there and discharge.

Help? =(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You may be having a yeast infection or vaginal candidiasis, which typically causes swelling, redness, and itchiness of the vaginal area.  It also causes a curd-like vaginal discharge. There may also be skin involvement wherein the skin around the vaginal area also becomes infected and become red and have rashes.  Try to avoid wearing tight underwear and pants.  Wear cotton underwear as much as possible and maintain proper hygiene.  It would be best to see your Doctor so a pelvic examination can be performed.  You may need antifungal pessaries.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
