Yeast Infection??Herpes??... (Cuts on Vagina)

One night about a year ago I was sleeping but kept having an urge to scratch (down there). The next morning I awoke and headed to the bathroom as usual. I noticed a very irritating &burning sensation when i urinated. I immediately grab a mirror to see what was going on down there. I noticed only one small cut in the crease right above my clitoris. I didnt panic rite away because i had been practicing sex safe and it had been over a yr and a half since i had last had sex without a condom. I made an appt to see a doc the next day. Doc told me that there wasnt anything to worry about that i was from a yeast infection. A year has passed btw then and now. 3 months ago i began to notice that I had an odor with a cheesy lite yellow discharge. Also i had been experiencing extreme dryness during sex. I didnt know what was wrong. I went to the doc and had STD testing. Me and my bf ALWAYS used condoms so i didnt think it was an STD but i had to make sure. All tests were negative. I had been going to the doc for 3 months trying to figure out what was wrong. I was nerve wrecked! My doc even prescribed me Antibiotics in hopes that it would stop the problem. But it didnt. 2 days ago, problem still present, me and my bf were having protected sex but it hurted so bad that I had to tell him to stop. (I had also shaved the nite before). The next morning off to the bathroom I go. I experienced the same irritating and burning sensation as I had once before. I checked myself out in the mirror and discovered that I had three cuts. 1 on my perineum (area between vagina opening and anus) and the other 2 on both surrounding sides on my lower labia major (outter lips). I also noticed blood spots on the toilet tissue. Again i didnt panic. I went to the doc and explained my findings. Immediately after looking at my cuts she told me that it looked like Herpes. I was caught completely off guard. She did some type of Viral Culture. She told me that the results would be back in by Wednesday (which is 2 days away). She wrote me a prescription for something called Acylovir and something else called Clindamycin (correct spelling??) and told me that I could wait for the results before i filled the prescription. Im really nervous about the results. Ive kinda come to terms with having herpes and im not freakin out as much as I thought i would. I hope that her guess was wrong and that my results come back NEGATIVE. Herpes is not something that I am ready to deal with.

Friday December 26, (yesterday) I woke up went to the restroom as usual. And I felt burning & irritation so I grabbed a mirror. What I saw was shocking I panicked a little. I had 3 bumps on my lips and 4cuts between my vagina opening and my butt. So I went to urgent care and they told me my vaginal area is in trama because my husband is huge and we only have rough sex. (tmi) sorry. She also said that the bumps didn't look like herpys it looks like swollen hair glands because I constantly shave. But a month before the pains I was having cottage cheese discharge and itching. So she prescribed me penasillan (correct spelling??) so today is Saturday December 27,14 and I noticed 10 bumps/blisters and they hurt so much .. I honestly don't think its swollen hair glands. :( I thought maybe a yeast? But that and std tests came back negative. What do you suppose it is?? Help me please

am scared too:/ because recently about 4 days ago (on thursday), me and my boyfriend were getting "intimate" and well he was fingering me. then it started hurting i didnt tell him to stop tho so he continued. after that i went to urinate and it burned alot,  anyways the day after that which was friday we were doing it, and we did it alot that day about 6 times.. it really hurt after that, and his hurt too.. his was red and so was mine.. since then everytime i urinate it burns alot i thought maybe its just a scratch since he fingered me and all and since i would look at the toilet tissue there were little spots of blood and i looked at it with a mirror and it was all red and like kinda irritated, am really scared that it could be something other than just a scratch, my boyfriend knows all of this and is constantly asking me how i feel, am just so scared tho specially cuz am only 17 years old and to be completly honest ive had more than 5 sex partenrs and they were unprotected sex, but that was about 4 months since i had sex with anyone else other than my boyfriend.. do you think its something serious?

Doc+never+called+bak.+Ive+tried+to+call+and+have+even+left+msgs+but+no+one+has+yet+to+contact+me.+Im+convienced+that+its+herpes+tho.+I+dont+know+what+im+goin+to+tell+my+BF.+Im+goin+to+have+to+break+up+with+him.+But+anyway+Ill+let+you+know

well, I pray that the results are negative. In the beginnning, your cut seemed to have mimic'ed the same issue I have dealt with for years. It looks jsut like a paper cut, and I have been tested for all types of STD's and even had it biopsied twice. I use a creme on it when it breaks open. My6 doc says I do not prooduce enough hormones, and there fore, the skin breaks open at times. I hope that this is nothing more. Please listen to your dr tho'. There are meds out there to help with herpes . I pray for you... lilangelwolf

Thanks so much!.. I dont think its an allergic reaction. And yes we are monogamous, no doubts about it.  I just pray that its nothing serious. I compared what I have to pics of herpes online and mine looks nothing like any of them. I asked my doc if Herpes was suppposed to be sores, blisters, white head etc like in the pics instead of vertical lines like mine?? She told me that sometimes the white heads pop and you never get to see them and that thet leave behind cut like things instead.  Ill know Wednesday *sigh

Well I get itchy swelling down there but it's never been Herpes ..I think vagina's can get irritated by certain fabrics maybe you have an allergy to latex?are you guys monogamous?If someone had a cold sore ( which is a type of herpes) and did oral sex  it could spread however I may be wrong.I have irritated my vagina many times however I only had irritation and itching not cuts.I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!
