Yeast infection or something more sinister?

by ejh790, Oct 24, 2009 11:33AM
I'm 22 and have just been on quite a lot of anitbiotics. I got what I recognize to be a yeast infection however I've now got multiple lumps on both labia majora. They're about pea sized, firm and although they seem fairly fixed they do seem to change is size. I have no pain, only yeast infection like itching and little discharge. I don't think its a reaction to my topical cream as I noticed one of the lumps before I started using it. Its hugely unlikely to be an STI. Is this a variation on a yeast infection or something completely unrelated? I'd really appreciate responses!
