Yeah, diflucan (the one time pill) is awesome.  Definitely don't take antibiotics for a yeast infection--you'll make it worse.  If it hasn't been swabbed and checked for yeast, it's possible you could have something like bacterial vaginosis, which would require antibiotics.  It could also be just the delay between treatment and relief.  Even if you take the one pill, you will still itch for a few days.  If you're still itching in a few days or it gets way worse, see your doctor.

Hi there.  Actually, yeast infections are fungal and you take an anti fungal for it.  I would stick with your cream.  If it doesn't work, then I would consider seeing your doctor.  Not all fungal issues are actually true yeast infections.  Your doctor will be able to determine what exactly your discharge is and how to treat it.  I prefer a systemic pill that they give you.  It is one pill and clears it right up.  (or at least it has for me).

Lots of luck

Hi Lil, As this is not doing the work you wanted it for, and if you not a fan of antibiotics, the give sea salt a try, just google yeast infection and sea salt, your find all the info there.
Do hope this helps.
