Yellow Discharge

Sorry for the TMI but I have been experiencing so much discharge lately. It feels like I peed my pants, I have to wear a tampon so it will stop. It started out white and now its a yellow color. It smells really bad like fish. I also have started experiencing horrible cramps and I normally don't even get cramps when I'm on my period. My roommates keep saying its a yeast infection but I think it must be something worse because it does not itch at all. If I had health insurance I would just go to the doctor but I don't so any of the counter suggestions would be really helpful. Thank you.

I have a strong suspicion it could be BV, bacterial vaginosis. Try searching for it. Yeast is different, and BV is more common.
