Yellow discharge

Hi i'm 17and i've been having this yellow discharge for quite some time it is sort of clumpy sometimes is it an infection?
also yesterday my labia minora is kind of sore when i touch it and i don't have a partner whats the problem

Sounds like a yeast infection, however it could be Bacterial Vaginosis so I would go to the doctors and get it checked out.
