a never before seen problem

on friday i noticed that my urethra(the area above my vagina) was stinging like it was torn and itching i didnt know why. this has never happened to me before and i dont know what to do. i think it might be a yeast infection cause i do indeed wear tight jeans a lot and its really hot where i live but i dont know. also that previous wed. me n my boyfriend did do it but its not our first time without a condom its da second time and ive never had this before. after trying to do research about my problem and seeing others and possible reason as to why they were happening, the next day i changed the soap i used to wash that area with. but after that friday it hasnt stung like that again but now when i touch the area it burns a little. also ive noticed that the area is dry and the skin below my vagina is inflammed and it hurts when i touch it. when i tryed looking at it in the mirror in my bathroom sat. i noticed white pieces like discharge in it and around it. so when i removed them, i felt a little better. but the area is still burning a little and is verry dry but not dry like my period is coming but dry like you have a small cut in which blood is no longer coming out only plasma is. also when i felt inside my urethra area the way it smelt like was like blood but i dont see any blood and i double checked. please someon help me i dont know what to do and i dont want to tell my mom. please someone help me
