abdomen/pelvic US?

i had an abdomen/pelvic US today and the report stated left kidney contains a complex hypoechoic cystic appearing lesion in upper to mid pole measuring 1.3 cm maximal diameter. there was also an additional complex appearing lesion in the lower pole???? please help im worried...
