abdominal myomectomy post surgery question

I had a myomectomy 3 days ago, and I was discharged to home yesterday morning.  Today I've noticed that everytime I go to urinate I have some blood and tissue discharge from my vagina.  Is this nomal?  I'm not having a heavy flow and the blood is only present when I urinate.  I had a foley catheter for about 24hrs and it was removed thursday afternoon.  I'm kind of freaking out because no one mentioned this may happen.  Please help.

She suggested that i would have a vertical incision and other things which scared the daylights out of me. Please help :(

i might be going to do the abd myomectomy but worry of the scar. Since you are still healing, do you have any scar anyway?

Hi there, I am post myomectomy day #5 and I did notice some tissue discharge day 3 of the surgery but I am great now.  I am healing and so far all is well. Try not to do any heavy lifting or pulling if you can
