abdominal pain

A couple of months ago I started to get pain during intercourse. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years so I know it not the size, like some people have told me. The pain is caused when deep penetration occurs and sometimes out of the blue. The pain is targeted mostly to my lower left side. I have been to the GYN and they checked for STD's, cysts, bladder infection, pregnancy, and all of these have come back normal or negative. Does anyone have any ideas is to what is going on with me?
