achy, numb left arm
yesterday morning at work my left arm felt numb and achy, the achy is like an arthritis feeling..but my arm felt numb too...i was scared but knew i should stay at work. i was feeling a little off balance too, all day long.

Just to put your mind to rest go and see your Doc and get it checked out, you'll feel better, Have done anything differant with the arm any exercise you dont usually do . As for the numbness are you allergic to anything , try to pin point something it could be, Was it numb for long, have you been under any stress recently. Let us know how you are doing hope its okay soon.
