acne down there??

I just went and got a pap done yesterday and i told my GYN about some bumps/cyst i have on my vagina that come and go every once and a while and he told me not to worry about it because its like acne on your face but its down there. I've never heard of having acne down there. But anyway, sometimes these bumps get so big they hurt and some even pop and puss comes out. I don't know if i should be worried or if i should look for another Doctor. If he would have noticed something a little off he would have mentioned it right? And these bumps come out where the pubic hair starts, all around that area. They never go down to my vagina or 'lip' area. Plus,being pregnant now, they come more often.. but only one at a time. I never get more than one in the area.
