am I be fine?

My question is, I had a terrible lower back pain, after I got MRI result my rhumo doctor ask for it, there is 3 things come out.. 1-No evidence of disc herniation.
2-Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L% upon S1 wirh moderete bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.
3-Small central disc protrusion which appears to be non-compressive at T11-12
4-Mulcystic structure to left pelvis, probably representing an enlarged left ovary. Consider sonography of the pelvis for further assessment..
I'm curious about number Four diagnose about my enlarged ovary, ( left) I will see soon is possible nurolagist about other two think, but I have worries about ovary!! am i be able to have a child, I'm 35 years old, and never have a child?
