am I pregnant or is my period late

I am 16 and I had safe sex 3 times this past month. my period is 4 days late according to my period tracker but it always seems to be a bit off, even before I had sex. I'm freaking out because I cannot be pregnant. I am so young and can't handle that right now. And I know I shouldn't have had sex in the first place but I was safe every single time. I asked my boyfriend and he promises he did not come inside of me, so am I just freaking out for nothing ? please help me with some guidance. thanks. ):

I am in the exact same boat as you girl, I am also 16 and sexually active. I too, have safe sex and yet I have been feeling very paranoid lately. In the back of my head, I've been getting this strange feeling that I'm pregnant just because I've been emotional and had stomach aches a few days ago, and yet there could also be no way. Currently, I'm just eager to get my period, which was supposed to come today but the tracker is never spot on anyways. It's probably just late, as I'm pretty sure mine is, and either way you have options. And so, if your period comes soon (which it probably will) think seriously about birth control afterwards.

I did eventually come two days later but I feel like I just have a longer cycle then the average 28 days. I haven't had sex since then but my stomach has been feeling weird and I'm sort of scared by then I feel like I'm overreacting. ):
