when going to the toilet to urine im in pain it,s like something pushing down from inside and when i wipe myself there is blood there. there is no more blood until i wee again.

This sounds very much like cystitis which is an infection of the bladder. It is usually caused by intestinal bacteria. You should definitely go see a doctor and if this is the case they will give you medicine to take care of it and try and determine what caused the infection. Reinfection is common so trying to find out what caused it is important.
