I have taken the morning after pill 9hours after broken condom. 3 days after taking pill I started ovulating, I would like to know how likely am I to get pregnant, as I know the pill works up to 4 days? also I have encounted some brown spotting does this mean anything? And when can I take a pregnancy test as I'm really worried about this. Please help!
Pill works up to 3 days (72 hours). Spotting should be notmal, and may mess up your period cycle a bit. You should be okay.

How do you know you have started ovulating? And what do you mean by "started" ovulating? Ovulating happens when the egg pops out of the ovary, the start and end are pretty close together, like maybe a few seconds.
