you will have to wait till your period is due and take a test
There is a fairly high chance that you could be pregnant.
However if I read your post correctly and it's your very first menstruation ever, there's a chance that it was anovulatory and you didn't actually release an egg.
You will need to do a test in a couple of weeks if you don't get your next period (although your first few can be a bit irregular so you can't be sure when it's due) and see whether it's positive. Not much else you can do either than wait.
If you plan on having sex then you need to get a reliable form of contraception. If you can't talk to your partner about it then you probably shouldn't be having sex with him.
