am i pregnant?

i spotted very little for 2 days then my period but it was extremely light and only lasted for a little over a day. and usually my period last for 3-5 days and are light to very heavy to light again. also, recently i've been having nausea and vomitting with sometimes dry heaves, headaches, extreme fatigue, cramping like my period's going come, along with lower back pain and frequent urination. I don't know what's wrong with me. could i be pregnant? i did have sex on the 30th of oct and the 1 and 2nd of nov. and i'm on birth control but i did miss one day. but i've never had these symptoms before. i did take a pregnancy test but it came out negative. i don't know what's wrong with me. could i be pregnant?
