arm swollen and in pain after donating blood

i gave blood five hours ago and now my arm is swollen and i have tingiling and pain in my hand

I forgot to say ring sooner rather than later. don't leave it, something definitely isnt right

You should have been given an advice leaflet when you donated, this should have number for you to contact should you have any concerns. If you don't have it ring your local hospital and ask for advice not forgetting to mention that you donated blood today
