bad fluid retention

Hello, I really need some help from people who have perhaps been in the same situation. I suffer from fluid retention in my legs and ankles and sometimes my face, its not present in the morning, but by the end of the day, im swollen up! This has only been happening for around a year and a half now, I have had blood tests done recently for my kidneys, liver, glucose, thyroid, all came back normal except for an elevated alkaline phosphatase enzyme in my liver, but past blood tests have not shown this, and my doctor has told me that the elevated level is probably due to a recent infection I've had. I have also had an ecg to test my heart, again it was normal. I thought the most likely cause would be hormone levels as I have always had issues with my periods and pms, along with unexplained weight gain that is not water related. Again I had blood tests done day 27 of my cycle, my progesterone level was 25.4 and Estrodiol was 393. Are these normal levels for that time in a cycle?. Or am I missing something else that could be causing me problems. Im only 21, this is ruining my life, im just looking for some help.

How are you doing? I think you need to look more into your liver, get a second option. Are you still swelling?
