When my legs stat bent or straight for long periods of time when i unbend or bend them back they feel like their going to get stuck and then they pop really loud and it hurts. I've also realized that I've shunk 2-3 inches in the last two years. and I'm only 25.
I'd go see a doctor. It's better to take care of any issue now when you're 25 and it's just starting than a few years from now when you're older and won't heal as easily or quickly and/or further damage is done.
