basal temps

by beckann, Apr 16, 2008 07:42AM
Hi, I just started using fertilityfriend and I guess it didn't happen for me (again!) this month. My temps don't show a shift in temps which happens for implantation. And also I have pms. Yuck!! Getting really frustrated! Does this temp shift always happen???

I used basal temps years ago to get pregnant because my cycles were so erratic. I found some months it was clearer than others. Perhaps I just wasn't ovulating on those questionable times. But we stayed with it and had 3 children.

I don't recall using the basal temp for implantation though. I used the temp shift to determine ovulation so we could make love at the right time. Of course this was years ago and things may have changed.
