I was on Yasmin for a year and felt fine for the most part. I didn't gain weight, my mood was fine, my breasts got bigger (yay!), and my skin was nice. My only complaint is that my sex drive decreased some. I ended up changing to another brand (LoEstrin24) because of the sex drive issues and am now thinking about going back to Yasmin since I've gained weight on LoEstrin and it is driving me crazy.
Good luck.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.  When they do clinical trials on meds, they have to report on every side effect someone has.  Most of the side effects have a 1% chance on them.  With any birth control you shouldn't smoke.  I was on yasmin for awhile, and never had issues with side effects.  You might want to eat a banana every once in awhile though because yasmin can take lower your potassium levels.
