Iagree with the previous comment. From previous experiences in order to have a normalNormal saline flush period, or almost normalNormal saline flush you have to take the pill everyday at the same time. If you miss then what is the point of being on b/c. Try another birth control option that fits you. Missing a few pills will cause bleeding in between periods or even an early period. Good luck and hope this helps!
I agree, I don't think that the birth control pill is the right thing for you. You have to be consistent and reliable to take the pill. Sorry, not meaning to bash. If you missed it for 2 days, where were you and why did you not take it? I keep mine on the bathroom counter so I ALWAYS take it in the morning when I get up. (I am not on it at the moment b/c I am trying to conceive but I never missed a pill before then). Try the shot, or patch. Something that you don't have to think about everyday. Maybe that will be better for you.
If you miss only 2 pills your period (based on my experience) will NOT start. That is if you take the missed pills and try to catch up.
If you missed 2 pills and then threw the rest of the pack in the garbage, then the first day of red blood would count as Day 1 of your period.
