bleeding years after hysterectomy

Hi. I had a hysterectomy 15 years ago. My ovaries were healthy so that was kept. For the first time after the hysterectomy I suddenly have staining and blood. I am going through a rough menopause as well.
Any ideas?

In a hysterectomy they remove the uterus. So, where's your bleeding coming from? You need to see a dr.
