[Artery Prob]

About 3 weeks ago, I started experiencing pain in fingertips, thumb tip of right hand accompanied by a small lump appearing on palm (palmar branch of radial artery) of which a hand surgeon believes to be an aneursym (not a big deal per him). He wishes to take out the aneursym this friday and tie off the loose artery ends, however I will be cancelling tomorrow. (and yes, pulse is noticably present and gross). I do have a constant pain going up the inside of my thumb and a reoccurring pain on the inside of my upper arm as well - seriously, I am not a sick person nor a person who has continuous ailments. I am however, pretty freaked out about this though...
Just today I had a very very serious pain in my pinky fingertip OF MY OTHER HAND - hmmmm... seems as though there is more to this- now the pinky is fine, but a bit numb.
When I experienced this pain today - I mumbled "uhhhh!" and my husband in the other room asked, "fingers?" - I was simply hanging clothes in our sons' closet.
I am 33, healthy, nonsmoker, no other issues, no blunt trauma.
My primarycare doctor was thinking i needed to address the issue immediately, hence went to the surgeon/specialist - he wasn't so worried.
Any new info???
