bones hurt while sleeping

lately ive been waking up in the middle of the night and my hands are numb .....i dont sleep on them ive tried sleeping in different positions but still every morning.......

then about a week ago my shoulder started doing the same thing.....im worried
i know i have arthritus in my legs but is a sign of it too......
im only 5''2' could it have to do with my bones

im 20 years old...but ostioperosis runs in my family........but ive heard short ppl like me cant get it earlier in life?

I do not know how old are you, but do you do exercise, walk a little every day and drink water. Do you bruise easily, maybe you have a poor circulation. I heard once that you may feel the numming if you have bad circulation. Try to walk and breath deep to send more oxigen to your body. My father 83, was told to drink a tequila 2 oz. every night and he felt better circulation, but nobody knows if it is true. If I were you I would go to my doctor and check my circulation and my hearth. Good luck!
