breast knots and pain after partial hysterectomy

I recently had a partial vaginal hysterectomy in feb. 2007. I now have 6 lumps in left breast and they are very painful. I left my ovaries so my hrmones would not be affected. Are these conditions related or am I just gong through a string of bad luck with the female organs. Please help!
