I always get breast tenderness at least a week before my period , this month I didn't get anything. (I did break out) is this normal or a sign of pregnancy?

Hi there.  Hormones can be a funny thing and each cycle can be different.  Early pregnancy has few symptoms.  Things like nausea and such don't usually start until weeks 6 to 7 on average as it takes some time for the hormones of pregnancy that cause those symptoms to build up enough to do so.  Breast tenderness and feeing fatigued or extra tired are usually the first symptoms.  However, you haven't missed a period yet.  If you miss a period, take a test.  If your period is strange and more like spotting, take a test.  Symptoms early on are not a good way to tell if we are pregnant.  good luck

Well pms symptoms are always different, headaches, breast tenderness, stomach pain, cramps, low back pain, bloating, anxiety and etc.
But if you're pregnant you'll have the other symptoms of pregnancy too (nausea, vomiting, fatigue, increased urination, constipation, mood swings, slight bleeding...) :)
