broken condom during period

I have been on ortho tri-cyclen lo for about 3 years. This past month, I missed the first pill but took it first thing on Monday. After that, I took the rest of the pack everyday within a two or three hour time period. I started my inactive pills Sunday, and my period started Wednesday. My boyfriend and I had sex last night (Thursday), and the condom broke without us knowing and he ejaculated inside me. Is there good chance I could be pregnant? I don't know if the morning after pill is necessary or not. Any advice would be thankful-I'm pretty shook up!
