brown nipple discharge

Hi, Im 17 and am have a brownish nipple discharge that is slightly sticky and unilateral. It only discharges when i squeeze it and small amounts come out. My breast that has the discharge is sometimes sore and is usually sore right above the nipple. Should i be worried?
