burning in uterus,ovarian cyst,bloating,low grade fever..HELP.

Hello..Wondering if anyone has any ideas.. For a week now, I have been bloated (looks like I am 4months preggo), burning pain in my uterus (Get it on and off for a year now), had ovarian cyst on right ovary (get it on and off once a month atleast), low grade fever, constipation, tenderness when I push on lower abdomen..This has lasted a week so far and it is worrying me.. I get these symptoms on and off all the time, but not all at once.. I have never been bloated like this either.. In 2007 I was told I get more cysts than the average female.. I also have a bicornuate uterus.. The doc had also told me they found a small solid mass on my ovary. They did a CA-125 and sent me for another ultrasound. CA-125 was slightly elevated.. The tech who did my ultrasound said SHE SAW the small mass, but for some reason when the doc called 2 tell me the results, she said it was gone..?? That also just so happen to be around the time my health insurance expired..Hmmm?   I had also asked her if I needed to be concerned and her response was "NOT AS OF RIGHT NOW"... Anyway, anyone have any ideas about these symptoms? You think it is something I should be concerned about? I am a bit worried and can not go to the Dr yet due to no health insurance... ugh, HELP..

bloating is a sign of inturnally bleeding, and if you had a cyst they can pop and not stop bleeding. And you had a fever. The ER cannot refuse you if you dont have insurance. but it could be life or death. Or you can call a doctor and see what they say? but better safe than sorry i always say.

From what Ive gathered from the internet is that you need to go to the ER if your feeling the way you do b/c your cyst could have ruptured!!!!!! go to the hospital! you could be bleeding inturnaly!!!! Go NOW!

I also have a bicornuate uterus (double uterus). I only found out when I was 6 weeks pregnant. Doc told me I could go into pre-term labour. I gave birth at 32 weeks.
