im 6 weeks pregnant and i went to the doc today he told me that i have bv and he gave me antibiotics for two weeks and he said that it would be going in 2 weeks well.... i have had this odor for about 6 to 7 weeks and i have been having a lot of pain with my pregnancy and my doc said that he dont know why im hurting so bad!!!! so do you think that this could hurt  my baby

The BV itself is not the issue - it's BV turning into PID that could lead to infertility.

If left untreated, yes it could leave you infertile.  If left untreated it can turn into pelvic inflammatory disease which can lead to infertility.

Yes...if you suspect you have it, see your doctor for an antibiotic to clear it up.
