can i have a heart attack in my 20's?

few years ago i had this really bad heart pain my heart was beating very fast, so fast i almost can't breath but it went away within mins and today i felt the same thing happen...i can see my chest beating so so fast but it went away mins later...the really rare thing is that my heart was beating so fast and the next sec went back to normal  heart rate,do i have a heart attack???

It's possible but unlikely.  The same symtoms can be caused by a panic attack.  But you may also have a heart irregularity that may require treatment.

You need to see a doctor and have him/her examine you.  You may also need some tests to make sure there is nothing wrong.
