can i take the pill on depo to regulate my period?

can i ask to be put on the pill to reglate my period while on the depo shot? ive been on it for a month and wont stop bleeding and i hate it, i will never get it again, but i want the bleeding to stop, what do i do?

With the depo shot (which I hated!) it takes a while for your period to adjust. Eventually you won't even have a period. I don't think you can take bc and the shot at the same time, but it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor.

You've already filled your body up with hormones. Adding more will only mess it up more.
