can someone help me with this possible STD? (im young and scared)

so i lost my virginity around three months ago and i didnt have any symptoms after that but i've recently had kinda rough sex with a new guy, we've been friends for a year and this was a totally unexpected, one night thing we haven't talked about but im starting to feel like i should. ever since we've done it, its been hard to pee fully and after i pee it mildly burns and i still feel some pee that i just can't seem to push out, my urethra is swollen and red and this thing can go on for a whole day then come to a full stop the next.

we were unprotected and i do feel like i shouldnt have because he honestly does not look like the type of guy to get tested regularly. i also went on this other website that said it may be a UTI and to drink 3-4 glasses of cranberry juice each day and if it doesnt go down or stop then consult a doctor, and today while me and this guy were hanging out, my throat was dry and he offered me white cranberry juice and from what i know, and i hang out with him pretty much everyday, he doesn't usually buy that.

someone please help, im really afraid to tell anyone only one other person knows and it's my best friend. i know some people are gonna say tell my mum but she doesnt even know i did it the first time.

someone please respond as soon as thy can, we had sex around three weeks ago now and i dont see any white or cuts to begin with so i dont think it's herpes and i don't think he'd do it with me unprotected if he knew he had them.

It sounds like you have a UTI. Go to your general doctor and they can prescribe you antibiotics to take care of it, and your mom won't have to find out.
