can u get a postive or negative on opk while pregnant?

Hi just a question if u are pregnant but it was too early to know n u still use opk do u still get negative or postive sign??

im confused....in your last posts you were talking about how you were not pregnant....but then you think you are but are too early to get it on a pregnancy test?

opks and pregnancy tests pick up different hormones.

if you were pregnant..... you would not get a postive opk..because that tells you when your ovulating...you would not be if you were pregnant.

im not sure if thats what you were asking?

OPKs pick up LH which is identical to Hcg minus the beta part... so OPKs do turn positive with ovulation AND pregnancy...they are not reccommended to be used as hpts as they don't give a definitive answer like the hpt which ONLY detects hcg
