cervix
When a uterus is removed to facilate bladder repair, is the cervix ALWAYS removed too?  Reason I ask is HPV was negative, but if don't have cervix, how could I be at risk for cervical cancer?

The cervix is not always removed with the uterus. There are a bunch of different types of surgeries, sometimes it is the uterus, sometimes uterus plus cervix, sometimes uterus plus cervix plus ovaries, etc. You should ask your doctor specifically what they did.  By the way, HPV is linked to vaginal cancer too not just cervical cancer.
