chances of pregnancy in ovulation

we had been using condoms for 7 months since marriage. Now we planned for baby. We did intercourse in very ovulation days. Now its my second day of periods going positive. Bt i m feeling very tired.Back pain.I m having frequent urination. Also it hurts while peeing as it does when one tries hard to stop peeing. Its not irritation or itching,bt feels like some sharp feeling as when we r eager to pee bt control. We both are healthy.I never had any problem during periods.Bt now its cramping also. We did intercourse during Ovulation, bt no result. Should we go to doctor.I m really willing to conceive.
Is all this due to harmone changes as its first time my husband's sperm entered me? Pls help.

Anytime you have sex...you can get a UTI. Because women's urethra's are much shorter than men's. Sexual activity causes rectal germs(Which are right next to youe shiznit)to get in that general area, thus causing a UTI. A good rule of thumb...is to pee before and right after sex...That's what my doctor told me.If you are bleeding, then you probabily are not pregnant.

That was exactly what I thought. UTI and they can so painful. You definatley need to see a DR because they will not clear up on there on. At least it didn't with me. I had to be put on pain killers. Cranberry juice did not work and I drunk alot of it. I finally ended up with blood in my urine and they had to give me a heavy antibiotic. Don't play with this one. You need a DR to clear it because it will get worse.

I would agree about the UTI.. if you're late 4 ur period take a HPT if negative, test again in a week.  See ur doctor if ur pain continues

My sister and her husband recently went through the same thing. It took them 8 months of attempting to concieve before she got pregnant. They now have a 5 month old little boy! If this was your first attempt to get pregnant..I wouldn't give up on yourself just yet.(Just my opion). As far as the back pain, painfull urination and frequent urination..It sounds like you might have a Urinary Tract Infection. I would go see your Doctor about that.
