chronic pain

Is watery discharge from the nipples over a long period of time serious?
I've had chronic pain in my back, legs, arms, and hands for a month now.  What could it be?  None of the medications I've taken seem to be effective.  What could it be?  What can I do to finally get rid of the pain?  This is completely taking over my life. This came about all of a sudden.
