clear excessive discharge

Hi, Last Sunday was my last day of my period. On Monday I noticed that I was discharging what I saw to be just white clear discharge with no smell...only problem I see is that its a lot to wet my panties and I have to wear a pad cuz it makes me feel icky. I went to the doctor on Thrusday and they ran a few tests for chlamydia and gonnorhea...I still havent been called for the results and the doc says that it could be BV and give me a cream for one day. that was Thrusday, its Sunday now and I still have the discharge. What can be going on? thanks
