clusters of skin

I recently got a bad yeast infection that I treated with OTC. The medicine worked and within seven days my symptoms were gone. But now I have noticed through self examination clusters of skin around the opening of my vagina on the walls. One side almost looks like when you get infected taste buds on your tongue. These were very red and inflammed during my yeast infection, but now they do not bother me at all and I only notice them through examination. I am concerned that it is something serious. I have tried doing research on the internet, but am only freaking myself out thinking I have HPV genital warts or something. I am still a virgin, although me and my boyfriend have had genital-hand contact. I am hoping it is just skin that had been irritated from the yeast infection. If anyone has any clue as to what these could be please post.

I have had the HPV vaccine which protects against they types of HPV that cause genital warts and they do not look like the pictures i have seen, but I think I am going to make an appointment. I was just looking for some reassurance until I could get an appointment. Thanks

Sorry, you really have to go to your doctor.  It could be normal tissue, irritated by the infection so it looks odd, or it could be genital warts (though how a virgin could get them remains an open question).  Talk to the doctor and get an exam.
