completely irritated down south

a couple days ago I was engaged in a sexual relationship, we didn't actually have sex but he did finger me. two days after I began to feel an itchy burning sensation down there. My labia is extremely irritate and my clitoris and urethra are extremely itchy as well as swollen and irritable. especially when I have to pee.  the left side of the wall near my clitoris is the most irritated it also seems very dry and is only relieved when I put water there. I realize that if I dab that in between skin between my clitoris and labia I get a few specks of blood. Can anyone tell me what's going on and what to do about it?

Thank you. There also is a small discharge. sometimes it's clear with a slightly yellow tint and other times it's slightly brown. in the past day or two it's been the slightly yellow tint and white today. Also the itch is mainly on the left side.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present?  Vaginal irritation and  may be caused by a variety of issues including infection and  vaginitis which may include yeast infection. If there is also pain during urination, urine test may help rule out urinary tract infection. If it persists, further evaluation may need to be done by your gynecologist. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
