OMG I have the same thing, I had one 6 or so mnths ago & it went away but now I have 2 more but on the other side. They are small & itch like crazy. I tryed 2 pop them but that didnt do anything but hurt. Its where the hair grows so I thght it was an ingrown hair but Im starting 2 have my doubts. I stopped shaving 2 give it some time but it dsnt seem any better. I wish I knew what it was. Last time I asked the doc bc I was worried it was an std but she said it wasnt bc of the area it was in.
