constant menstrual pain

i have had constant menstrual pain for the past two months.

the pain is intense during menstruation-- i'd describe it as a twisted feeling/an extreme pinch that i can't breathe through.

when i'm not menstruating, the pain is similar, but milder.  it feels like my period is coming, but it doesn't. it gets worse immediately after eating, and i have no food allergies.

a few months ago, i was hospitalized for pelvic pain-- it felt like i was in labour.  blood tests came back normal and i was released.

possible attributed symptoms include:
past experiences of spotting between periods
post-coital bleeding
hypothyroidism
psoriatic arthritis
noticeable bloating
fatigue

i have been tested negative for all STDs including herpes and am 24 years old.

what could be causing my pelvic pain?

I haven't had any tests besides a smear, pap, and blood work.  I'm seeing a specialist in five weeks and I don't know if I should wait that long to see what's up. Should I act quickly?

I honestly think that a tubal pregnancy was possible back when I was hospitalized, due to the severe pain and bleeding, but I would have only been three weeks pregnant.  I don't know if they tested me for pregnancy though, because I lied about the possibility of being pregnant (my parents were standing there and they're nuts). I was negative on the OTC test (yeah, I thought I was  pregnant but I took it too early).  If I had passed a pregnancy, would I have scarring/pain issues afterwards?  I know, it was stupid not to check, but I was sort of in shock.

I bet its sists or your pregnant in your tubes. try getting checked for both of them cause thats what its sounds like. if its not either one of them try getting checked for a tampon being stuck in you that you may have forgot. if it isn't any of those i dunno what it would be.

Blood tests won't catch a lot. Have you been checked by ultrasound or had any pelvic diagnostics done (saline ultrasound etc.) been Checked For fibroids, ovarian cysts, uterine growths, or endometriosis? All could cause pain, bleeding after sex, spotting and bloating (not as much with the cysts). Id see a gynecologist and be persistent in describing pain/intensity. Good luck.
